With the transition to the RevolutioniseSPORT platform the following processes are in place for player transfers in 2020.
In 2019 HV requested clubs provide a list of any players they would not automatically approve a transfer due to having outstanding financial matters with the club. This list is referred to as the Do Not Transfer (DNT) List.
Players from within Victoria
For any player whose last club is from within Victoria the transfer request needs to be lodged by the destination club via https://form.jotform.com/200288036331952
Players NOT listed on the DNT
Any player not on this list will be considered approved for the purposes of HV transfer rules and published here
Players listed on the DNT
Should a transfer be submitted for a player who is listed on the DNT, HV will advise the destination club of the players status on the DNT and advise the departing club of the request. It is then for the two clubs to confirm if any outstanding matters have been resolved prior to the player being eligible to play.
HV will use its discretion to approve player transfers should clubs be seen to not be cooperative or if any claims of outstanding matters are considered frivolous.
Players from ACT/ NSW
For any players departing an ACT or NSW club, the player transfer should be lodged through the clubs RevSport portal.
The departing club/association will be able action the request as per previous systems.
Players from SA/WA/QLD/TAS
Requests for players from these states should be submitted via this link https://form.jotform.com/200288036331952 but a copy of written confirmation from their departing club that the player is cleared to transfer should also be supplied to firstname.lastname@example.org
Should clubs have any questions in relation to the above they should contact Head of Competitions David Bourke email@example.com
